Interpretive Lenses in Sociology series is well under way!
Published by Bristol University Press and co-edited with Thomas DeGloma, this 12-volume series features scholarship on cultural, interactionist, psychosocial, and other approaches to the interpretation of meaning. (More details on the series site.)
We recently celebrated the series (and the publication of the first five volumes) in Philadelphia, where it all began! The August 2023 launch included:

- August 2024: Organized and presided over regular paper session "Classic Symbolic Interactionist Theorizing in Contemporary Sociology" at the annual meeting of the American Sociological Association, Montreal, Canada.
- August 2024: Co-organized and hosted annual Media Sociology Symposium, a (virtual) preconference of the annual meeting of the American Sociological Association, Montreal, Canada.
- June 2024: Co-organized and hosted (virtual) post-conference on media sociology at the annual meeting of the International Communication Association, Gold Coast, Australia.
- April 2024: Presented "The Postmortem Self: Theorizing Digital Life After Physical Death" at the annual meeting of the Southern Sociological Society, New Orleans.
- November 2023: Presented “Interrogating U.S. Death Data: What an Examination of Reclassified Homicides Reveals" at the annual meeting of the American Society of Criminology, Philadelphia.
